Jarly is cash-envelope budgeting for Android. Assign your income to jars, spend from the jars, and when a jar is empty — that's the whole method.
Your budget is one file in the app's private storage, and every feature works with no account and no connection. Signing in with Google is optional and adds a private backup — that backup is the only thing Jarly ever sends anywhere. Every spend is one you typed, which is slower, and is also why nothing is ever miscategorised and no data broker has your spending history.
Each jar is drawn as a jar with a fill level, so “how much is left” is a shape rather than two numbers to subtract.

Your cycle can start on any day from the 1st to the 28th. Set it to your payday and every figure lines up with your bank balance. Most apps force the 1st, which makes the numbers disagree for half the month.
No 10-envelope cap you hit in month two. No premium tier, no paywalled reports, no trial that expires.
Leftovers carry forward and an overspend carries as a debt, like a real envelope. Switch it off for something that should reset, like groceries.
The home ring shows where you should be by now, so running hot is a shape you notice before the money is gone.
Rent, phone, streaming — a due date, a reminder, and a one-tap “Paid” that logs the spend into its jar. Reviewers of every incumbent ask for this.
You type minor units the way a till works, so there is never a half-entered decimal point and no locale separator ambiguity.

Jarly deliberately does not import transactions or connect to a bank — if that's what you need, an aggregator is the right tool.
